LOAN TO COST  -  Their maximum loan to total project costs is around 90%, and up to 80% of independent valuers estimate of completed value (to include any roll-up of fees and interest rates)

LOCATIONS  -  Very restricted to upmarket locations in London and the South West

AMOUNT  -  The mezzanine funds minimum top slice is circa £1 mil with a maximum of £7.5 million per project

TYPE  -  Single Houses ( no restriction on size but governed by max loan above ), Duplex apartments, small upmarket blocks of flats

CONSTRUCTION  - Can be new build, extensions, or light or substantial refurbishment

DEVELOPERS  - We regret that this fund is only open to those parties who have a proven track record in this market and can demonstrate that they have an equity stake in its success
