AMOUNT - The mezzanine funds minimum top slice is circa £1 mil with a maximum of £7.5 million per project
TYPE - Single Houses ( no restriction on size but governed by max loan above ), Duplex apartments, small upmarket blocks of flats
CONSTRUCTION - Can be new build, extensions, or light or substantial refurbishment
