As the markets are unstable and the banks are still very cautious, CLP have created a new funding structure which we call the CLP "E" Plan (press here for more information)

In short this allows investors to:

• have an exit
• raise additional equity

In addition we have incorporated other more expensive funds - who with this structure in place would agree to lend up to 65-70% of gross development value which in some cases represents 100% of costs.
