For example in the nineties we created the Combination Loan which blended senior debt with mezzanine for a one stop solution.
And later the CLP Low Start Market Maker which gave residential investors below market rates for the first few years of their loan.

 

Now, in cooperation with a fund, we have structured the CLP 'E' Plan (read more) which provides property developers with equity and a backstop exit guarantee. This substantially de-risks developments and makes the proposition attractive to Lenders.
