The “Combination” loan provides 90% loan to value on flagship investment properties even though the rental income would not normally service a loan to this level. CLP combines the strength of two mortgage lenders to achieve this objective at a competitive blended margin.

The specifics of the £58.5 millions loan are a combination of super senior and sub-senior debt which combined have a blended margin of 1.12%.  Repayment is over 25 years with the senior lender taking a property exposure risk at term end.
